Vendor information.
Two public events take outside vendors. Both want an email before the day, and both have the same rule about tents: weigh them down.
$50 per space
Antique & Vintage Fair
Space: Approximately 20 × 15.
ArriveAs early as 5 AM. The public arrives at 8 AM.
RunsFirst Sunday, 8 AM to 1 PM.
SpacesBlue is open, first come first served. Red is reserved.
StockAt least half of what you sell must be antique or vintage.
PaymentCash. The fair manager collects between 8:00 and 9:30 AM.
SafetyTents and umbrellas must be weighed down.

Blues & Vines
Space: 10 × 15, outdoors.
ArriveAs early as 10 AM. The public arrives at noon and the event ends at 5 PM.
BringPop-ups, tents, tables and chairs — it is an outdoor event.
SafetyAll tents and umbrellas must be weighed down properly.
ApprovalAdvance registration and approval are required. Participation is not confirmed until approved by Medella Vina Ranch.
